Does DCL offer Paid Time Off?

Yes. Individuals can earn up to 22 days of PTO in their first year. 

Does DCL offer tuition reimbursement?

Yes. DCL reimburses up to $900/year for part-time employees and $1,200/year for full-time employees for classes that benefit your position with the company.

Does DCL reimburse costs for licenses, certifications, and professional association memberships?

Yes. DCL reimburses the costs associated with professional licensure, certifications, and associations. 

Is there a differential pay provided?

Yes. DCL offers premium pay for nights, weekends, callback, on-call, charge nurse, and pre-cepting. 

Is there training that is offered for any of your positions?

Yes. Every new employee receives paid training. Clinical positions are provided a 3-month paid training.

What are the clinical scheduling requirements?

DCL direct patient care staff are scheduled 3-4 shifts a week, scheduled every other Saturday and no Sundays or overnight shifts.

What benefits are offered?

DCL pays up to 95% of the Medical premiums for employees. DCL also contributes to your Health Savings Account - $500/year individual, $1,000/family.
